Sob, the hotel doesn't have a place to park motorbikes, the receptionist said you have to find a place to park yourself, so I'm sharing here for everyone to know when coming by motorbike like me, please consider. When checking in, the receptionist gave me the key without telling me the room number, so I almost mistook it, and there were a lot of ants in the room near the window😭

The hotel is very ok. However, my friend had an incident here. My friend is a foreigner, stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. However, after checking out, he forgot his headphones on the bed. As soon as I found out, I called the hotel. The first 2 calls, 2 people answered and said they would contact me. I checked the location and found out that it was in Binh Hung, Binh Chanh. A receptionist answered the phone and said they knew who it was and would call me later. However, after that call, no one contacted me and I couldn't call the hotel anymore. No one answered the phone even though I called many times. If the hotel reads this comment, please contact me again. Thanks.

Terrible. The worse in terms of customer service. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Thái độ nhân viên phục vụ và quản lý rất tệ, hành xử thiếu văn minh với Khách hàng, coi thường khách hàng, làm dịch vụ khách sạn mà thái độ rất kém, không thể chấp nhận được. T mong ai thuê khách sạn này nên suy nghĩ kỹ trước khi book. Trân trọng.

Tệ, ồn ào. Nhân viên không niềm nỡ, phòng cũ kỹ, máy lạnh không lạnh.

Phòng khách quá cũ,có mùi,nhân viên không nhiệt tình

Vị trí trung tâm, thuận tiện di chuyển. Phòng sạch sẽ nhưng nội thất hơi cũ, hệ thống bình nóng lạnh không được tốt lắm.

Phòng xuống cấp nghiêm trọng Ẩm thấp, có mùi, hệ thống điện hoạt động không ổn định, đèn hư 1/2 ( tối, không đủ ánh sáng trong phòng) Nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp

The hotel is very noisy, smells when entering, and the receptionist is not friendly

Arrived there, found dusty lobby with only 1 receptionist. Apparentlly they are having renovation. Anf the dust is all over lobby. The reception gave us the key without the indication of the room number on the keycard (we booked 4 rooms). 3 out 4 rooms are old and dark. 1 room (4th floor) is newly renovated. Bright and simple. The location is very strategic. Near to shopping malls and theater. Night life district is just around the corner.

ghi rõ ràng ngày nhận phòng và ngày trả phòng . tới nơi kêu chỉ được ở 2 tiếng rồi nói khách không xem rõ . trong khi tất cả ghi bằng tiếng việt phần chỉ được ở 2 giờ ghi tiếng anh . chiêu trò lừa gạt khách . tôi đã không ở và không thể hoàn tiền . khách sạn cũ bẩn và điều hoà hỏng . tôi đã đặt trước đó 1 phòng cho bạn tôi ở . tôi đặt thêm cho tôi 1 phòng vì tôi bay về Việt Nam muộn 1 ngày . sau đó chúng tôi trả tiền 2 đêm và đổi khách sạn gấp

Phòng tối và dơ, tivi hư báo sữa hai ngày không thấy thợ đâu.
