Room was clean and Check in was very easy to make. Hotel is located in the downtown area of Florianopolis. Ideal for walks in the center of the city.

Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's.

Adorei a localização. No coração da cidade. Super limpo e atendimento excelente. Qdo voltar a Floripa já tenho lugar certo.

This was the second hotel we have stayed at in Florianopolis and the first in the old town having previously stayed near the Beira mar shopping center on the water front. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable however a little small with little more than 2 to 3 ft surrounding the bed. The staff were some of the most courteous and helpful we found during our time in Brasil. As a base for exploring the old town the hotel is close by, but we found very little options for evening meals and had to catch a taxi down to the waterfront to eat. Overall, if it is a one night stop over before the airport with a quick sightsee of the old town the afternoon before this is ideal but if you are staying longer I would recommend spending a little more on the accommodation and staying close to the Shopping center and restaurants as the area is much nicer and you won't spend a fortune on taxis.

We're happy to stay there for three nights since it is very close to the bus station, shopping street and center. The buffet breakfast is very good. You can have a lot of options and fresh fruits. The staff are very nice but lack of information offering.

Já me hospedamos duas vezes no hotel, o preço é bom, nada exorbitante. Perto de vários locais turísticos e os dois quartos que pegamos são ótimos! O café da manhã é perfeito.

Hotel bem localizado mas chegar de carro é uma aventura pois não tem local para parar e descer as malas. Tem que estacionar em cima da calçada atrapalhando tanto aos pedestres quanto aos veículos. O café é servido no hotel em frente, muito bom por sinal. O chuveiro ê elétrico o que para mim deixa pouco confortável. O quarto tem bom espaço e estava tudo em ordem e limpo.

O quarto cheirava mofo, pedi para trocar o funcionário da noite mostrou resistência em fazer a troca, viagem de casal deram quarto com duas camas de solteiro, o funcionário do noturno nada cordial, os funcionários do diurno foram solícitos, as roupas de cama muito desgastadas, café da manhã pago a parte.

O Felipe foi super atencioso e gentil, o quarto estava muito limpo e cheiroso. O hotel é bem localizado.

Quando chegar estacione seu carro em cima da calçada na frente do hotel que o manobrista irá leva lo ao estacionamento, quarto confortável, porém o quarto que ficamos não tem um isolamento acústico muito bom como as janelas ficam viradas para rua escutamos muitas motos fazendo ran dan dan dã de madrugada rsrs No geral ótimo custo benefício
