Room was clean and Check in was very easy to make. Hotel is located in the downtown area of Florianopolis. Ideal for walks in the center of the city.

Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's.

Adorei a localização. No coração da cidade. Super limpo e atendimento excelente. Qdo voltar a Floripa já tenho lugar certo.

This was the second hotel we have stayed at in Florianopolis and the first in the old town having previously stayed near the Beira mar shopping center on the water front. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable however a little small with little more than 2 to 3 ft surrounding the bed. The staff were some of the most courteous and helpful we found during our time in Brasil. As a base for exploring the old town the hotel is close by, but we found very little options for evening meals and had to catch a taxi down to the waterfront to eat. Overall, if it is a one night stop over before the airport with a quick sightsee of the old town the afternoon before this is ideal but if you are staying longer I would recommend spending a little more on the accommodation and staying close to the Shopping center and restaurants as the area is much nicer and you won't spend a fortune on taxis.

We're happy to stay there for three nights since it is very close to the bus station, shopping street and center. The buffet breakfast is very good. You can have a lot of options and fresh fruits. The staff are very nice but lack of information offering.

Uma boa estadia, roupas de banho limpas, frigobar abastecido, bom atendimento na recepção e roupas de cama limpas. Tudo tranquilo na medida do possível.

Quarto muito confortável, móveis novos, tv e ar condicionado funcionam bem. A limpeza era ok, apenas um certo cheiro de esgoto saindo do banheiro, mas nada muito incômodo, era só fechar a porta

Quarto amplo. Localização otima. Defeito é a acústica ruim do quarto, escutei toda a coversa dos transeuntes que passaram pela rua, e o caminhãode coleta de lixo parecia que estava dentro do quarto de tão alto o barulho. Quarto ficava no primeiro andar.

No se puede vender una habitacion cuya unica ventana da a un paredon. Es como estar dentro de una caja de zapatos. Vergonzoso. Hace muchisimos años que concurrimos a ese hotel, conocemos diferentes habitaciones y nos dieron una habitacion de servicio. Nunca mas !!!

Na descrição não está escrito que não há café da manhã. Quarto que ficamos era no térreo e tinha muito barulho da recepção e da rua. Achei razoável pois o quarto era Ok e estava conservado e limpo. Mas é caro pelo que oferece
