I didn't like anything about this place. It's listed as hotel, but there's no lobby or reception. You need to go to cafe beside it to check in and out. Enterance is scary. Room itself and bed ate very low condition compare to price. I don't recommend it. It's really expensive for what they offer you. The only reason i booked this place was because of walking distance to main train station

Hotel is nice. Room is clean. Air-conditioning works just fine. Stuff is extremely helpful. Breakfast well thought. All I needed for my stay I got. I want to help others to easy find this hotel. Make sure that big sign " Holiday hotel" is exactly across of big sign " grand hotel". Buzz to get in. Laundromat is next door

The service was excellent—everyone was helpful and friendly! Hotel Cine Holiday was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Very friendly staff and nice quiet room

It was what I needed in the time and space and for the circumstances. It was clean, spacious and very scheduled. Near the train station and subway station.

The hotel is super simple, but the shower didn’t work very well. The water from The shower took very long to warm up. Even though they say the rooms are non smoke you can smell smoke in the hallways and even from the room.

We like the convenience of the train station, You do not need to take a cab, it is that close to the train station, I can not emphasize how close we were to the train station. The price was well with in our budget. and close to a laundry matt if you needed to do laundry. We are 59/64 and we loved this place if you are younger you would love this place. Ac worked great. Ana provided breakfast. This place was wonderful. Highly recommend for all ages.

It was a cozy stay. Some would complain about the retro look,but keep in mind its supposed to be old cinema look. Host was very accommodating, friendly. The breakfast was nice. Only negative thing i could say is there are lots of stairs, but this wouldn't deter me from recommending this hotel.

A staff member was a disaster. It was rainning a lot outside. When a problem happened, he did not take any action to help me and just shouted "no english", "I am not a manager." then he went to a hall and watched tv. As a foreigner, i needed his help but was treated like a beggar.

The entrance is 28 steps up, but the hotel from there is very good, with 2 consistent staff who helped with the stay and advised how to find things in the city. Only small noise parts of the night. Clean. The street's junction with Piazza Garibaldi has no name of the hotel's street (common on small streets in Napoli) - check on a map.

Should have informed us cheaper parking garage and not ask us to park at the public car park which is 3 times more expensive. Btw, I left my Fitbit ionic watch in the room when I left. Possible to mail it back to me & let me know what will be the postage charges?
