It was average stay for a regular hotel at Florianópolis city

Great locations in downtown. Walkable distance from the Praça Vl and central market , artisans market and small stores. Our room was big, we could fit all our belongings and had room to walk around. Good breakfast, many varieties of fruit, cakes,yogurt Lobby was very classic , with beautiful sculpture, chandeliers and framed antique mirrors. I would not recommend walking alone at night in downtown area. During the day is fine with lots of small shops and coffee shops. We loved Florianópolis

Muito bom hotel! É bem localizado no centro de Florianópolis. Café da manhã e restaurante excelentes. Serviço impecável. Local é um pouco barulhento durante o dia, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

Staff was top notch. Public areas were very nice but the room and especially the bathroom was dated. Breakfast was excellent and downtown location was convenient. Very nice hotel.

Já estive muitas vezes nesse hotel e fiquei bem satisfeita. Dessa vez não foi assim. O quarto era ok mas o banheiro estava em péssimas condições, inclusive com mofo. Reclamei na recepção e todos fizeram cara de paisagem NADA me respondendo. Achei péssimo

Absolutely brilliant hotel right in the heart of Florianopolis.

Good hotel, most things were great, but breakfast was way too crowded, plus the front door to the hotel had a handle loose!

The property is well attended. The staff is polite but not necessarily friendly. The breakfast was good. The property definitely needs a better and bigger lobby.

A hospedagem no hotel foi muito confortável e tem um excelente atendimento, tudo bem limpinho e cheiroso. O cafe da manhã tem muita abundância, comida bem saborosa e de excelente qualidade. O legal também que fica bem próximo ao Centro (mercado principal da cidade) então tem uma ótima localização. Com certeza recomendo. Superou as nossas expectativas.

Great hotel and friendly staff located in the center of downtown. The room was nice and very clean but could use some updating in the bathroom and with the decor.

The staff is really excellent. Everyone at the front desk speaks English very well, and they are helpful and knowledgeable. The valet car service was easy to use and moderately priced. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but nothing too special. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Hot and cold foods, and attentively maintained over the breakfast period.
