Over priced for a seriously old musky smelling dwelling

Everything went very well. The bathroom was a concern because the floor was soft as if it had water damage.

Good value for money

Great spot, the room was comfortable and had toiletries too, I had a meal downstairs and it was a massive portion! Too much to be honest.

Staff were very attentive, food was delicious, room was very spacious. Had a very delightful stay and would not hesitate to return

Staff are extremely hospitable & the breakfast was our first introduction to a Scottish breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff was amazing!

We felt the front area of the hotel was a little tired and we were not sure what the bedrooms would be like. When we got to the bedroom is was very clean and comfortable, there is a new bathroom fitted and the bed and linen was very good quality. There was a good choice of tea and coffee on the tray. The food was superb! Wonderful choice well prepared for dinner about mid price with big portions especially the starters! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We will be back.

Very friendly staff, great service in restaurant and great food. Hotel and room were clean and well appointed. The hotel is nice, but decor is lived in and slightly overdue a refresh, though by no means scruffy.

Iniitial car parkiing not welcoming. Owners and staff were excellent and very helpful. Restraunt was excellent and food, both dinner and breakfast were first class.

The proprietors were very lovely and helped us navigate around Nairn since we were only in town for one night. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good!

One of the best stays I have ever had! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is! The owners were so accommodating and kind. The food was amazing, and the whole place just felt so cozy and homey. It really was a perfect experience!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location and a great restaurant. Roadside rooms are a little noisy with traffic and some noise from the restaurant below (it closes at nine so the noise after hours was a bit surprising).
