4 days no housekeeping services. Went to front desk each day and still nothing.

Wonderful place! The area around the hotel is really nice. About an hour away from Atlantic City. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. Very clean all around and great staff.

Excellent service

No hand soap and no hair dryer Stayed her a year ago was great this time sucked. Also when my quest checked in was problems with rooms. I booked thru Expedia like last year and when they checked in last night said only had one reservation for Joseph Visnic one for Rinetta Fox yet I have receipt with both names on it for 2 rooms one night. So confusion last night charging my sister for a room. Then again today they wanted to stay another night holly smoke was another fiasco just to stay over wanted me to pay or book thru 3rd party I’m like no, they’re not checking out staying one more night. Ya so all this sad experience

Excellent stay, staff was friendly and kind.

Cannot beat the location. Convenient when attending events for Rowan students or just visiting your child. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Lots of choices to eat in walking distance. The only downfall were the revving of engines as cars going up and down the boulevard.

Motorcycles were racing liudly up and down the street until 11 o'clock. It was very annoying and made it difficult to talk earlier when we were eating out on the patio.

Overall, it was good. I am not confident in how clean our room was as there was a wine glass with lipstick on it when we checked in. The room also did not have great ventilation. It often felt very humid, heavy. We actually just started leaving the window open to let out the shower steam and get some fresh air circulating in. Staff had to multitask many roles, but did well doing it.

Great place to book.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, along with great problem solving skills. Stay had clean rooms, and comfortable living space. No complaints here.

Everything ok. Outside of the remote control, which was not ADA COMPLIANT, Complicated my stay. B even when you hit the like button on the remote control, remote control only state illuminated for 2 to 3 seconds. Not enough time for a person with my situation to figure out what to do next. Please have a supervisor call me. Or email.

Fast check in/out, excellent customer service, rooms very clean, easy parking Would definitely recommend it
