Easy check in .Very friendly.Large suite. Very clean. Exactly as advertised. Gourmet breakfast. Great value compared to hotel rooms and rates.

We were amazed with the cleaning. Property is beatiful, but the cleaning, quiet and safety made it even better. Cuastomer service was great, they were very attentive and helpful. Close to everything within walking distance. Breakfast was just stunning, fresh and delicious. We are definitely coming back with the whole family. Already looking for the dates

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed Niagara Falls especially with the Christmas Lights and fireworks!!!!

The couple were extremely nice and so accommodating! 😊 I had fun and enjoy my trip to the fullest because of the cozy feeling room and took a nice sleep.

The room we stayed in was so much bigger than we thought! Very spacious. The hosts, Alice & Jacky provided a delicious breakfast each day. We highly recommend this B&B and we would stay there again!

Our hosts were very friendly an always ready to help. The rooms are very large and clean and the place is nice and quiet. We will come back for sure.

Jacky and Alice were fantastic hosts. They welcomed us personally upon arrival, showed us our suite, and were happy to provide local information to make the most of our trip. The suite was clean, comfortable, with just a little noise from the renters above. Breakfast was delicious, varied, but fixed. Great presentation and warmth from attentive hosts. Within walking distance of main attractions, with local WeGo bus close by. Free parking a huge plus as most hotels in the area charge $50 a day. Would highly recommend and will stay again if in Niagara Falls again! Easy to get to from Buffalo, NY as well.

It was pleasant,clean,quiet and the Alice and Jackie were Courteous . And served great breakfast every morning with our stay there. We recommend anyone staying in Niagara Falls to stay at Susan’s Villa Bed and Breakfast.

Jacky and Alice were incredible hosts and I felt welcomed from the instant I arrived. The room is private, large, and comfortable. I had an early morning the following day and Alice offered to make me breakfast. I'd never encountered such kindness before. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and I look forward to returning.

Comfortable, quiet, and a pleasant place to stay

Jacky and Susan were the perfect hosts. We had a great stay at their B&B - the breakfast was different all 3 mornings we stayed and was wonderful. Very clean, close to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

A really nice place with everything you need including breakfast. Yes, the breakfasts were a bit different than what we would normally have, but they were prepared with care and attention. Alice and Jackie were great hosts and so incredibly attentive. For us, the B&B was easy walking distance to everything. A great value and would stay again.

The B&B was very quiet and clean. The operators were extremely nice and friendly. The location is reasonable walking distance to many of the activities related to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Price was reasonable and parking included.

Susan’s Villa B&B was fantastic!! Such a quaint and quiet place! The hosts were amazing! If you are traveling to see Niagara Falls I would highly recommend this place!! Breakfast every morning was delicious !! We walked to Falls every day!

Quite and nice!

The host of Susan's Villa are "super host". Starting with their attention to detail. Making you feel comfortable and attentive to your needs. The host were warm, friendly and very professional. The cleanliness of the room was above and beyond. I love that it was a shoeless house and slippers were provided. The breakfast was sooo good! Very happy to have experienced Susan's Villa.

This property is so far the best that I have stayed at. The entire home was super clean. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our hosts, Alice and Jackie were very friendly and welcoming. They prepared a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. They supplied everything that we would possibly need for our stay, including snacks in the common living room area. I will definitely return here when we visit Niagara Falls again.
