Won’t recommend, the location its too loudly even at midnight. Cars keeps traffic whole night can’t sleep!

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows.

Beds were comfy, room was clean. Was close to shopping. We were there to see our grandson play hockey, was close to the arena. Would stay again..

The room was just fine, but did not meet disability requirements for wife (no walk in showers apparently) Everyone was pleasant and cooperative though when we had to move.

Parking lot full so no parking for guests front desk staff was not concerned. Room is average and clean but nothing special for the price. Biggest issue is safety of vehicle parked on the perimeter of property. Will not stay here again.

Good location & quiet

The front desk staff was very friendly and checking in and out was quick and efficient. We stayed in a room with a kitchen which was fully stocked and even had a dishwasher. I highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness and value for your money.

Easy to find, just off the highway as we entered town. Front desk generously allowed us to change our guests room from the corner to the side facing the parking lot to hopefully reduce any traffic noises - it was quite!! Although remodeling was in progress, it was effortless to bypass. The attached restaurant was sooooo convenient and we enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast! The strawberry pancakes were wonderful!!

Will never ever book there again, the rooms are the size of a shoebox and way over priced! Room isn’t with more urban $50 s stay!

The rooms were very clean and updated. Cleaning staff was great. The lobby was being renovated which we weren't informed of.

Location and parking. The room is spacious. A/C was a little noisy. Door in the hallway that goes to the stairs very noisy due to maladjusted or worn out automatic door closer.

The cleaning staff was not the best.

We enjoyed our stay over all. Clean. Our AC unit sounded like it smoked a pack a day. Nothong we couldnt ignore though. When we told the front desk at checkout she said they'd get someone on it right away. Parking was also a challenge

Wife was in Hospital in Vernon. Needed a place to sleep
