It's a simple hotel, but the staff goes out of their way to make the space hospitable. I traveled to Quebec with a bad knee, so the bags of ice in the freezer for us were a gift. Thank you!

The hotel's location could not be better. In the middle of everything but a little off the main streets so not to busy in the immediate area. The room was comfy and the balcony at the back of the building is a treat with quiet atmosphere and nice vistas.

The room was very comfortable. A bit small but overall great. The staff was very friendly. The stairs entering the property are very steep. Overall great stay. Would recommend and stay there again.

The location was awesome, right in the heart of the historic district! The room was spacious, plenty of room of storage of item, and the bed was super comfortable! The front desk was super friendly and helpful.

Quaint little hotel

Very quiet and cute room. Very close to some big attractions and dining. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

No parking. No breakfast or food of any kind. Access through street door is up several very steep steps with two heavy doors. Very difficult for anyone not ultra fit. Not for older people, or anyone not ready to climb the North Face of the Eiger.

Good location. Nothing complicated. Small hotel. Good location. Good for the price. A mix of old and old new. Enough big room. I was on a transit for one night.
