Hotel was fine, close to the train station but not like a real 3 stars hotel, i would give it 2 stars, still it was ok

Sadly there was no AC for the hotel and I couldn’t open the window for the insects so it wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was lively as a hotel. The pool felt warm for October.

Floors of room were sticky and oily, no air condition in the room, double bed was too small for two people to sleep comfortably

The hotel was just acceptable but less than average. The location was good, but many other things were not. I arrived there around 13:40, which was 20 minutes before check-in time. The receptionist asked us to wait for a few minutes until the room is ready. After waiting an hour, I went to the desk to ask again, but he had forgotten about me. Anyway, I completed the check-in and went to my room, but the door was open and the room upside down. I went back to the reception, and they told me to wait again until they fix that room. When they finished the room and went to it, the room had a small bed not the queen bed I requested and paid for. I was annoyed at that time, yet very tired. So, I just accepted that without complaining. The WiFi was terrible. It didn't work most of the times, and it was very slow when it worked. The AC was very weak and barely cooling when it at the maximum.

Honestly I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are not as clean as should be. The hotel conditions are bad. Bad smell. The only good thing is the staff were friendly

Two nights in a row keys were given to our rooms and other guests came in on us. Front desk couldn’t seem to manage this. Have had previous good stays, not anymore.

The hotels is in a quiet part of tangier with few people begging outside. The location is good and within walking distance to the Tangier Mall and the Red Bus Line if needed. The service was fine and the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The hotel also had a great restaurant downstairs which I enjoyed each day. The only negative I had was that the windows are huge and hard to open and when you do open them sometimes you can smell sewage at the nearby river.

The longest checking line ever... these guys are crazy, specially the reception stuff they slow or she is slow coz there is only one girl in the reception dealing with thens of customers... that was our check-in But for checkout there was other girl and she was very rude. The smell in the room is terrible... it was like it is closed for years... just terrible hotel specially the stuff. Thanks!

Won't recommend at all!!! I have tried to contact the hotel (booking department and the Reception) multiple times before our arrival and I didn't receive any respond whatsoever - total lack of professionalism and care. Breakfast not included which is ridiculous. Dirty swimming pool and disable airco in the room.
