I had made an error on my booking which Juan on reception went above & beyond to fix for me without any help from Hotels.com me even though the staff in Hotels.com where

Perfect location, nice staff, good shower, big room and clean.

Very clean room. Great view from the balcony. Bit disappointed the air con didn't work very well & water took a long time to get hot enough for a shower. Other than that, fabulous location. Would stay there again.

This was our first time in Alicante and we selected this hotel because the location. No regrets, best location, clean rooms and the staff was nice.

Room was very clean and the hotel was quite, even though it was on a busy road.

not the room i booked, ordered a room with a balcony and extra space . got a tiny room with no outside light . so only stayed 1 night . couldn't stay any longer. the photos of the room and views are a complete lie and should be removed .

Great staff and location.

Well priced, well located, clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Not luxury but all you need.

The location is excellent but being on a busy road it is very noisy with delivery vehicles, road sweepers and bottle banks being used at 6am every morning! I chose to book a superior room with a balcony but didn’t think it was fair value for money.

Lovely place, staff very friendly and helpful Use the Gym, otherwise known as The Stairs, it is free and great exercise Hotel is very central, walking distance to harbour and beach

The room had a strange smell, and the air conditioner was too loud.

The hotel is ideally located for restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, marina and beach. This is a very lively part of town but the sound proofing was very effective, as was the aircon. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room recently renovated and clean. The mattress was a little on the hard side for us but our only significant gripe was the very hard bolster style pillows that were very uncomfortable. Some softer, feather pillows would be a good idea. Otherwise all good!

Positive: Maria stood up for me as she was flexible and understanding. The room was excellent and bed comfy. The location is perfect if you want to visit Alicante center without needing transport. This was my second time at the hotel. Negative: one staff (Juan ) has shown a backward tendance since my 1st stay at the hotel. However, this time around, he tried to not be obvious in his discrimination. Thank you for that.

Great Value, location, walking distance to everything. Bus and tram very close by and beach a 5 minute walk away. Friendly staff and clean
