Very nice staff and breakfast was awesome

The hotel has a great location for visiting the city. The room is nice but not great (e.g. old towels, internal niew). Breakfast could be better too.

We spent 4 days in the hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. Certainly recommend to everybody

Location was excellent bed mattress and pillows excellent however air conditioning a nightmare 1st room allocated sounded like a car alarm going off.2nd room allocated a/c failed to work the second day and the 3rd night. We were moved to a room at 1am in the morning with an a/c to try and get some sleep. Breakfast was good but every morning we went for breakfast around 9.45 am the coffee was horrendous as it had been brewing since 7.30 am !!! It is a hostile hotel for smokers as there is no allocated area for smoking and the roof terrace was closed earlier than advertised when informing the staff of all these failings A/C etc they seemed helpless. The shower design was dreadful the floor was flooded every time we used.

Good hotel in central location in Cordoba. Good warm pool on roof with pleasant area to sit although limited shade. Good WiFi. Good breakfast options including fruit. Kettle in room usefully provided however bring your own coffee and tea !

Hotel conveniently located and of a good standard. Excellent hotel pool on the roof with nice seating area though limited shade, particularly necessary as very hot during our stay. Breakfast was fine with good fruit options. Our room was to the back which was good for sleeping as Cordoba was busy and noisy. Our room had 1 or 2 maintenance issues and the hot water in the shower could take a long time to run hot, WiFi worked well. Complicated TV (seemed impossible to get the sound to work) however no English language channels. Staff generally helpful.

Desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff was exceptional.

We waited over a half hour to find out our hotel was next door. The signage should be clearer. They are similar in name. Otherwise a good stay.

Everything was perfect

Staff were generally not helpful. No room service. Card keys failed daily requiring front desk replacement. Bar staff often nowhere to be found. Pool not open. Weights existed in gym but no workout area at all. Water from the shower could not be contained due to poor glass design and bathroom floor always flooded. No hot water in the shower for at least 5 minutes. Air conditioning didn't work and technician said it couldn't go below 25C (really?). Hot water kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. Exorbitant charges for mini bar items including the water (3 small items and 2 bottles of water was $23 USD). Bathroom sink was badly cracked. Bath towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable. Location was good.

Everything great.. except for a heating ventilation unit that was unbelievably loud. So at least avoid room 81.

All the staff were extremely nice. I am extremely happy. If I can visit Córdoba again, definitely I will stay there again.

This hotel is centrally located in downtown Cordoba so you can walk to restaurants, malls and a few tourist attractions.

Clean, staff services

The room was extremely dirty. The pillows had yellow stains and black marks. The bathroom had rust and cracks all over the wall. Breakfast is small but good. Staff was pleasant.
