Poor room service. Leaking pipes in bathroom. Shabby linen.

Water does not drain in bathroom. Slope of floor incorrect.

Excellent stay!

Have booked a suit, but was not that clean as I expected, bedroom washroom door was very difficult to close, service was ok, washroom was clean, but sofas are very old, doesn't give wow feeling even though it was a suit.

I expected the property to be well maintained and in a far better shape than what I experienced. Of the two days of stay, on the first day I had no running hot water in the taps. The staff could not solve the issue. Even on second day, it was the same but, after a lot of noise & complaining hot water could be made available in the taps.

The hotel was very nice and clean with good breakfast

Liked our stay over there..Room was clean and spacious. Food was good too. Felt safe as they were taking care relating to COVID19.

I do stay at Ramada regularly and their service and accommodation is really great 👍 Their staff in reception, restaurant and room service provide great customer service.

Stayed for a night. Hotel is in Core business district, close to all important places. Constrained for space , facilities were at par.

The hotel is excellent however the price I paid was very high.

Comfortable hotel, good food, great service.Good location

Good location for the Steelworks which was why we visited. The staff were extremely helpful and service was very good, the Buffet dinner was a good option as there was lots of choice and an opportunity to taste a variety of Indian food. Breakfast was excellent with a range of Indian and western options. The general manager introduced himself to us and also the executive chef asked if we had any special preferences. A very good hotel in the Jamshedpur area.

Nice hotel and Good service

The bathroom drain was not working. The the toilet seat broke. We were 3 guests. The 3 rd bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable.

Checkin was very quick and efficient. Rooms and bathrooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good with Indian dishes and hotel staff frequently asking if we needed anything more. The only issue I had was with the wifi. I had to call the reception quite a few times and everytime I was asked to connect to a different network with different passwords. Some worked and some didn't. On the last day their server had an issue and they provided me with a wireless dongle that did not work because the password was wrong. Finally I ended up using my mobile hotspot.

This may be the best hotel choice in Jamshedpur. The experience was fine and the service was great. We were here on business so the property was quite sufficient for our needs.
