Wonderful staff. Great Location minute walk to Main Train Station. Comfy rooms, and Breakfast uncluded. Nice touch is the free tea coffee biscuits and ice cream. The latter a pleasant surpruse.

The location is walkable distance from the train station. The staff is very friendly. They provide ice cream and nice drinks for free on the 1st floor. The hotel is the only one without a moldy smell during our 6 days at Taiwan. The interior and room looks like newly renovated and modern. There are multiple shower heads and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the full breakfast where fresh vegetables are served which is nice after we had night market food the night before. The price is incredible for the quality!

On site laundry was a plus. Also proximity to train station/metro station.

Everything is good except room small, bed small and mattress too hard to sleep on. This is a hotel and I come here to sleep, and I can’t sleep … cannot recommend

Excellent location right next to the main station. Very kind and friendly staff! The coffee and ice cream bar in the lobby is a nice touch that I appreciated while trying to adjust to the time zone and temperature of Kaohsiung.

Wish we could have stayed long enough to fully appreciate this nice hotel and its surrounding area, but we were only there for a brief night and breakfast! Breakfast was very delicious with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and welcoming...thank you!

The hotel location is near the main station which made all transportation and sightseeing much easier. Breakfast is excellent. Free snacks are available from 8-10:30pm with wide variety of choices like a dinner meal. I am very satisfied with this hotel and would like to come again.

The hotel is very convenient as it is just near the Kaohsiung Station. You can take metro, train and high speed train to anywhere. The staff are well mannered. The night snack is a bonus if you have travelled the whole day and don’t have time for dinner. The free laundry service is very good for travellers taking long journey. Definitely we will book this hotel against when we visit Kaohsiung.

Booked this hotel due to the location that next to Kaohsiung station which is convenient and easy to get around town. Nice and clean room and electric seat toilet and multi shower heads in the shower. We have the upgrade to 2 double bed although we booked for 1. We are a couple and in this case 2 beds didn’t have any benefit to us. Free bottled water everyday. Love the breakfast, both western and traditional. Would recommend this hotel.

Very very nice staffs, nice facilities. Abit tiring to climb the stairs at the overhead bridge to get here but worth it though.
