Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel location was so central , and we had a room overlooking the walls . Easy to find and coffee bar nxt door. It does have a Spa , but disappointing!. A few things not working , and the maintenance team in there fixing issues for 30min. So not relaxing in the pool with staff in and out. Safe didnt work in our room, and when i mentioned it , they just said its broken !. No offer to repair it, change room etc. Also the toilet top seat was broken , a bottle full of fags on our balcony. So it was not the best 2 nights . It gets good reviews , but is let down by a flipant attitude of staff.

Excellent location, very close to city center in Cathedral. Quiet street. Clean, comfortable room. Attentive service.

Lovely clean room and friendly staff. But I could not change the temperature in the room because the thermostat did not seem to work at all and so I had a sweaty night in bed. Lighting controls were weird too...had to walk to the front door to turn on room lights. And in the restaurant, the staff was friendly...but my order of cod fish took 45 minutes to get to my table....and what they delivered was CHICKEN not cod. By that time I was too hungry to send it back. Won't stay here again.

The service from staff and front desk was not at all friendly or helpful, and particularly, gave bad information in the transport of our bags to our next destination, whereupon we never received them at all. This is entirely unacceptable and caused us a lot of undue stress and problems.

When we arrived, no one was at the desk. The cafe attached was a disorganized mess. My food never even was ordered. After my husbands food came out and was almost gone, I asked about my dish. And they said we are out of it. Thanks. There was supposed to be a pool, there wasnt. They had a whirlpool thats costs an addt 15 euro per person to use. A quick call to hotels.com fixed that. But the staff was rude to us after. The room was clean, and comfortable and the lication was great!

I had been looking forward to this hotel Room 401 unfortunately is situated in the roof next to the lift machinery most important for room in a room the temperature the air conditioning wasnt working so the room was extremly hot and I didnt sleep all night it was not possible to open a window as it was a fixed velox window i had no view at all the hotel description lists a balcony?

I stayed here a year and a half ago and thought my stay was amazing but this time around it was very mediocre. Spent my second night in a hostel that was far better. I asked for laundry service and the front desk said there is no dryer in the hotel. It was a very odd stay. Even the balcony view of the cathedral is now blocked by the hotels personal banners.

Great location near the cathedral yet off the tourist trail. Loved the view of the cathedral and old walls from our bedroom window.

The hotel is ok, but the room we got was next to the elevator. It was noisy and loud. There were kids running up and down, and you can hear all the conversations the people waiting the elevator are having. This wakes you up. The location is really good, next to the cathedral.

Really easy check in. Location right behind León Cathedral. Restaurant, pubs, cafes all around us. Room, shower and bed very good.

The spa, and a good massage, made my stay worthwhile. Otherwise, the hotel was nothing special. Rooms could have benefited from a fresh coat of paint.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Leon. Superb spa facility after a long hot day sight seeing. Lovely staff. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation

Clean fresh & tidy room. Compact but quite OK. Standard facilities (eg no fridge). Staff were helpful & some (not all) had English. On site cafe was quite good. Area is quiet but close to things. Value for money is pretty good.

Good locaturn and cafe nexthe door provides good snacks and breakfasts but room safe did not work.
