Staff is amazing but there was a hair on my pillow, hair all over the floor in the main room, bathroom, and shower. The chair in the corner is visibly dirty and the soap holder also isn’t clean. It definitely doesn’t feel like this room was cleaned before arrival. For paying $344 here, this is extremely expensive for an unclean room

The daytime front desk staff was not helpful at all. Barely spoke to us. The night staff was nice. The room was extremely small and cramped. Would never atay here again.

Very small room, with a heavy smell of paint and dust. Shutters for windows did not close, which let in sound and light. I don't typically provide reviews, but believe visitors need to be warned. Pictures are not representative of the property. Staff understood our concerns but said they could not do anything as room had already been charged through Expedia

An overnight stay in a small room. Initially, I thought I was paying a lot for what I got but apparently it is the going rate. I paid up front for breakfast which was a bit of a disappointment and decent coffee would have been 3USD per cup extra but the staff couldn't get the pod machine to work. Location was great which is probably what I was paying for.

the hotel is located in very good location. the facility looks o.k nothing fancy. internet work sometimes. breakfast nothing to write about. if you look for a clean place to sleep then its your place.

Good hotel with bright, clean room. Breakfast was very good - more than ample with plenty of choice. Roof top area was great for sunbathing and we also enjoyed the indoor pool.

great hotel, centre of town, close to beaches, shops and restaurants, rooms are very clean, serviced daily, well worth staying at.

Room was certainly smaller than what I'm used to in the US, but I had a queen bed deluxe room on the 2nd floor that had a nice outdoor patio that was literally bigger than the room. If you like that sort of thing, you will be thrilled with this particular room. Breakfast was small, but adequate, and the big boulevard was right around the corner. Easy walking distance to the "hand in the sand". Basically, this is a good hotel with a great location.

Great little hotel in a convenient location. Clean, comfortable, nice rooftop deck (with grass). They even lend you beach umbrellas & towels. Would definitely recommend it if looking for a reasonably priced hotel in expensive Del Este (especially if you can find a discounted rate online).

Perfectly located, less than 5 minutes of the bus station and 10 minutes of the beach (all by walking). Great breakfest buffet, in room wifi was working great, and it seemed very safe! Staff was not speaking english but there is a tourist information near the hotel. Our twin room was small but very clean. We couldnt ask more, especially for the price we paid!

Easy walk from the bus. Great location. Short walk to harbor. Several dining options within three blocks. Staff was healpful. Breakfast was standard for the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend for moderately priced hotel. Easy walk from the bus station. One block the Main Street to get taxi. Kind of a long walk to marina. Hotel staff was great. Rooms are small but comfortable. Good breakfast included. Wifi is fast and available in rooms.
