Is fine

No me dieron la habitación de la imagen, me dieron una con dos camas en vez de una sola, es de mal gusto que hagan eso, despues de eso estaba limpio y en buen estado todo. ES CALIDAD PRECIO.

Staff is excellent and very accommodating! The hotel itself is a bit run down but great for the price. Seems to be going through renovations. Would definitely stay again.

The room was large clean and staff friendly

The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. There was a convenient kitchen area which suited our needs. The area was very quiet unlike where I live in Jamaica. The only negative was that the hot water in the shower did not work during the last days we were there but we didn't complain. We spent 10 days there.

I stay for 5 day at suite ambassador. The room were the wrong one. the bathroom and had mole and mildew, broken door knob, soap dish broken, plus room fridge was leek in water on the floor. Also had exposed wire by the TV outlet and the breaker box had no cover. The WiFi connection in the room was horrible, there was few day with no WiFi. The elevator was not working. During morning breakfast there was a cockroach by the coffee maker. My stay at the hotel was not pleasant.

Property is a bit expensive for what you get. I will not return to this site. Other places are better for the same price.
