Great hotel overall.. staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean, comfortable, modern. Can't complain about anything really. This is the second time we stay at this hotel and will be staying here again next time we go to Istanbul.

The hotel offered parking for my rental car and that was great help. the location is amazing in the heart of wonderful shopping area. Istanbul is great city and this hotel is in the heart of all the actions.

Great location and friendly staff

Excellent location, extremely clean very nice staff. The hotel is not too big and it’s not too small. It is just the right size and right on the metro station practically on the walking street. We had a bit of a challenge with the beds as they were combining two full beds, as if it was a king, and we complained and they give us a better room. Otherwise excellent!

Отель находится прямо у входа в Метро Османбей. Я искала комнату с ванной наш номер был люксовый и это был отличный отпуск. Спасибо работнику Спа ресепшен! Так же ребята за парковку авто , так же были очень любезны.

Fantastic location, right next to metro, and only 1 stop away from Taksim. Love the hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. Got a small gym and pool, a quick workout to start the day or to wind down is always good to have this option. Also got a spa for more relaxation after a long day which was full of meetings. Ending the trip with a drink at the rooftop bar/restaurant was also a treat before moving on to the next city

Very good hotel close to every thing

For a 5 star hotel, everything is disappointing. Bathroom is worn out, the handheld shower head leaks, the pressure and temperature of the water keeps on changing.TV is probably 30 inch! Mattress feels like cheap foam, you’re literally sinked in the mattress as soon as you’re on it! The pillows are so think and big the your neck is at 90 degrees angle , asked for smaller pillows, we were give the same size pillows! Asked for a pair of scissors as I needed to cut a tape, they didn’t have one! Asked for a knife, they couldn’t give one for security reasons even when I said the tape can be cut with their staff member present and they can take the knife back. They charge 400 tl to iron a shirt, and when asked for an iron, we were given a really old iron and flimsy ironing board. Our booking was non refundable , otherwise we’d go to another hotel. This certainly isn’t 5 star VIP hotel.

One of the Best Breakfast Buffets if not the best that I’ve tried in Turkey …. The SPA was great…. I like the OSMANBEY area since I was a kid …. The place was great my wife and kids enjoyed the area and cuisines

Best hotel in Istanbul. Amazing service . Best service level i have ever experienced. Merve and reception staff always very accomodating. Breakfast manager, the 2 x chefs and staff provide the best breakfast. Housekeeping , concierge service all great. I have stayed here 5 times. Location right next to metro station
