A typical breakfast, waffles, boiled eggs and cereal, no cream for coffee just whitener. The pool was the best part of the stay. The rooms are outdated but if you needed somewhere to just lay your head for the evening it wasn’t too bad.

The location was perfect when at an event at the Keystone Center but this hotel needs a total overhaul.

Basic breakfast, which was fine with us. Room was very clean. Hotel is a bit rundown but if you’re not concerned about that and cleanliness is the priority, then it was a suitable room! We enjoyed the proximity to the Keystone Center and to restaurants/grocery store, all walkable. The kids loved the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The biggest downside was when we checked in, I had requested a cot and the lafy at reception told me they didn't have such a thing. I didnt think that sounded right but then later in the evening, my son went and asked, she was there and said same but a gentleman just starting the night shift talked to my son and and we had a cot in our room within 10 minutes! He was so great! Brought extra towels too!

The vents looked really dusty and the rooms felt a little stuffy or hot we turned down the heat and didn't make a difference overall cleanish couched looked like it had semin stains on it or some other white looking stain it wasnt to noticeable though they said pets were allowed we just didn't have any and staff was nice the maids were nice should get raises the one elderly lady made my time there with her positive attitude

Room was clean but hair dryer was broken and room was missing shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was limited.

Old baseboard heater but enough to keep the room warm, great space into the parking lot, my only concern was the cleaning, I found a few food boxes under the bed and you can see dust over the table and tv stand! Descent breakfast and great staff!

Very clean and friendly place to stay. Well worth the cost of a room . Pool and hot tub area was very clean and bright. I am suggesting to my friends to stay there.
