Room was spotless. The negative is that the whole of the hotel was very dark, even the hallways walking to your room. When walking pass the bathroom there was a motion sensor light so rather annoying.

Clean room, lobby and very nice breakfast. The hotel smells very good. The heated towel rack did not work. We reported to the front desk and it was never fixed.

Loved this place. Very clean and great staff. A desk clerk spent about 45 minutes one evening helping my husband with a parking ticket we got in Evora - we know no Portuguese! Also received a great massage.

Well, we didn’t get to use the spa because lack of time. Everything was perfect. We hope to return.

Very interesting decor, mostly black with modern sculptures. Everything is an extra charge.

Conveniently situated for our trip.

The stay was good overall, the room was great and very pretty, the breakfast was good, however the exterior was very disappointed, seemed almost abandoned, even though it's winter, the plants were dead the garden definitely needs improving.
