Beautiful place. A bit on the expensive side. But if you can afford it then just get it

As a family of three - our son being 19 - the Premium apartment was just right. He was delighted to get more privacy than the sharing a room option, a very a comfy bed and also a balcony on the 5th Floor, with awe inspiring views over Palma. We made use of the kitchen for a light breakfast, and snacks, and as other visitors have said, having the wash drier was great, particularly to freshen up those whites after suncream use!! (maybe having ‘Instructions for use’ would have been helpful, although I’m sure staff would have helped had we asked). Our son made regular use of the Gym equipment on the 2nd floor and we all really enjoyed the plunge pool/sun deck on the 6th Floor. What fabulous views. On our arrival we were greeted by the lovely and very informative Michaela on reception, she gave us a friendly, professional and warm welcome, which was much needed at 10 pm at night. Thank you Palma Suites. We hope to return.

We checked in and the whole process was incredibly relaxed, handed over our passports and relaxed with a nice glass of prosecco. The rooms are immaculately cleaned and really well equipment (although we didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities it had everything!), the air con worked a treat and everything was really comfortable. We loved going to the sun terrace on the room each day after walking around Palma for 360 views of the city and cooling off in the pool! We were expecting a really nice stay, but we were actually surprised when we got there as the pictures don’t do a lot of it justice, the rooms, lobby, halls and roof terrace were a lot nicer than we thought they would be - We’d definitely come back!

Great for a city break - walking distance to all main parts of Palma

Palma suites are fantastic, friendly staff, roof top pool open late, great location and so handy having free laundry and an apartment size suite, we absolutely loved it

This is an apartment hotel with excellent and large rooms. We only stayed one night but we would have liked to stay longer. Very nice staff and a welcoming atmosphere

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Was weird to have a (frosted) glass door from bedroom to bathroom/toilet, as the bedroom flooded with light if the bathroom was used - not ideal at night. Would have been more inconvenient had anyone been using the sofa bed in the lounge area, as bathroom access was via the bedroom. TV reception was not good, so we gave up watching the football! Overall, though, a great place to stay and we would recommend it to friends.

From stepping through the front door everything and everyone was perfect. I would highly recommend Palma Suites and am looking forward to staying again soon.

Stunning boutique hotel, centrally located with a mix of ornate and funky decor. Great breakfast, spacious rooms, and helpful staff.

Where to start! A perfect mix of a hotel and an apartment. There was 3 of us and the hotel room was a prefect size for us. The complimentary cava at check in is a lovely gesture and a great way to start a city break. The rooftop pool and sitting area gives brilliant views. Would love to stay here again!
