Overall a good stay. Pros: excellent service, location, good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds, v good linen. Cons: bathroom rather small, bad water pressure, can improve on ecofriendliness (towels were changed daily without request)

Nice accommodation

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was being painted so the space was not ideal but when I returned two weeks later at the end of my trip for a two day stay, it was all finished and look very nice. Rooms were super clean and I liked the Shampoo, etc. The rain shower head was fabulous.

We love the cozy feel of this remodeled boutique hotel in the lovely Recoleta neighborhood. Easy walk to the famous cemetery. Easy walk to restaurants. Great location and very helpful staff.

We loved this hotel. The location was beautiful, near parks and close to the Recoleta Cemetery. The room and beds were clean, new and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Really great breakfast with fresh peaches and plums!

The hotel was nice in a great area, the room was super big and very nice. The tv was a little bit small for the room tho, the breakfast was good every morning we took it! The staff were very friendly, they even sing happy birthday for my BF with a small cake!

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful/excellent service. The hotel has a good location, easy to walk around and safe. However, the property needs maintenance and improve a lot both in rooms and in restaurant, elevator, etc. The environment is dark and not at all cozy. Breakfast is of poor quality: the coffee tastes like chlorine and the food is not of good quality. No staff attention during breakfast

Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel ! Aire acondicionado dañado , mosquitos por toda partes , ascensores pequeños y viejos , no hay mucho por los impedidos , sucio .. en fin nos tuvimos que ir ! 4 habitaciones de 6 que se reservaron tuvieron que dejar el hotel Inodoro que no servia , agua negra para bañarte

The service was great. Very clean. The bed was comfortable

Great location. We were able to walk 4-6 blocks to great restaurants. One block to major boulevard to hail taxis. Bring Argentina pesos for cabs. Friendly staff. As we checked in early they kept our luggage while we went to lunch and a walk. Left some items in room and when we returned after cruise, they had all items fo me.
