The property was nice. Close to where we needed to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I absolutely appreciate our stay here everytime, the staff is always courteous and friendly hotel is always super clean. We always stay here when we come in town to visit Family.

Hotel staff was not accomodating to simple request even after online booking was botched. Toilet tissue ran out in the room amd I could not find housekeeping so had to walk all the way down to the front desk fpr toilet papaer. How embarrassing

Just not what I expected. Staff was not real friendly. Waited outside the locked door after hitting the button 4times before someone let me in. The door was supposed to be locked at 10:00pm. It was 9:55pm when I walked up to the door to check in. Was already locked. The beds were like laying on a brick!! Very uncomfortable. Had hair on the soap dish. The toilet was so short it seemed like a little kids toilet. Not impressed with the place at all. Will never stay here again.

The shower floor was cracked.

Room was clean and did not smell. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, it was not stale it was fresh. No I did not report it to the front desk. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom needed some work. There were cracks in the shower, grout was peeling off. Corner in bathroom was dirty. We could hear a noise as if someone was banging on a door every 10 minutes or so. that did stop around 10:30PM. If I had to stay here again i probably would. Breakfast was good.

It was pretty noisy. New Years Eve. I guess that’s to be expected.

The customer service was excellent. The gentleman who checked us in was a courteous and professional-a rarity these days. Overall great stay.

Perfect location for visiting family and it turned out a great little spot to do some last minute shopping was just up the road! The staff was all around lovely and cheerful even while working over Christmas. I felt welcomed at all times. The hotel is clean and was decorated for the season which was festive. Thanks for taking care of us while we visited family over the holidays!

Decent stay, clean room. Water in sink faucet never got hot but did in the shower. Breakfast was not great.

The room was nice. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and the shower had a large crack that showed an attempt of being repaired. Not a good job, not safe for a handicap individual. If you want to charge full price the rooms need to be better than a home in need of repair.

Clean and well kept

Overall it’s a good place to stay. We have stayed there a few times when visiting family. Only downfall was the hot water in our room didn’t get very warm, especially when taking a shower.

Bathroom toilet wasn't working properly, one of my rooms was handicapped and it wasn't available when i got there
