The hotel was fine, staff was great. Biggest concern we had was condition of the elevators. Not ridden in lifts that made so much noise. A few time wondered if the doors would open, they started to open and then seemed to get stuck. You can tell this is an older hotel with a lot of use.

Ive stayed here numerous times in the past with no issues however this time i have to say i was disappointed. Check in was no problem, Frank was friendly and polite. Next day before heading out i told Andrea at front desk to please have housekeeping to set up the sofa bed, replace towels and empty the humidifier. 30 min later she called me to state i had a do not disturb tag on the door and couldn't get the service. I told her to check again because i had indeed removed it, she insisted it was there. I told her well im verbally telling her for the 2nd time to do the service. She said per policy she could not, that i needed to return & remove it myself. I was in disbelief over something so simple. I did return later that day only to find out my room was done and i had removed the tag after all. Joel the housekeeping inspector was in my room when i returned, very nice person. I could of continued with my day instead of wasting my time. Also my gate key didn't work to leave property and had to go reverse back to frontdesk instead of the security letting me go , as i had just came in. The whole miscommunication was a inconvenience. The staff needs to do better.

Room smelled heavily of bleach, and floor was dirty. No wash cloths in room. Plenty of staff roaming around but none would help. This is a Hyatt and i expected much more. Will not stay here again.

After a very bad experience in San Juan with Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel, we decided to book Hyatt Place Bayamon and it was the best decision we could have made. This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a stressful situation. Everything felt safe, fresh, and well maintained. They completely turned our trip around. We are so grateful for the excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

When we first got in the staff was super nice and greeted us. Our room was very clean and the staff would come everyday to clean and refresh our room. Everyone was really nice and genuinely happy to help. Breakfast was good. They have the pool and the gym. They also has a small area where you can order food, drinks, lattes throughout the day. Honestly it was a good stay. I would recommend if you’re thinking about it.

Room was clean, dehumidifier runs alot not a negative just be aware. Shower was huge. Staff was friendly. We will return.
