I booked this for my husband's business trip. The hotel is generally okay. The price is reasonable. However, it's an older hotel, so it won't be very new.

I stayed here for a few days and found the staff enthusiastic, the breakfast buffet delicious, and the rooms quite good, only the bathroom was a bit old. It's near the airport but far from the beach; if you want to swim in the morning, you have to drive a motorbike to the beach, which is quite inconvenient. Also, the hotel is near the underpass, so if you want to turn around, you have to drive a long way. There's a shared swimming pool, but the poolside restrooms are quite dirty.

However, the facilities are old and haven't been renovated, and the room decor is basic and not very appealing. The hotel needs to invest more in room amenities. My family just finished our trip to Da Nang on August 16th, however, the 4-star hotel was not of good quality and was the worst thing when I came to Da Nang. The room was dimly lit, moldy, had broken power outlets, broken TV, and smelled like the restaurant. Breakfast was not diverse 🙃🙃🙃 Overall, it was a bad feeling!

Review written in July 2025. In general, everything is ok for the price, meaning you pay what you get. The hotel is closer to the airport, about 2-3km from the beach, and about the same distance to the center. The rooms are clean, nothing is lacking or too much. Wifi is ok, the TV has VNPT's myTV, which is ok. My room is a Superior double, meaning two large beds combined into one haha, so it's ok, but if you lie down carefully, there will be a gap in the middle, which will also cause back pain. The soundproofing in the room is extremely extremely poor haha. If people outside the room speak loudly, people inside can hear and vice versa. You should not test the soundproofing in this area. There is a laundry service, which is also very fast and fragrant. The staff are all kind and friendly, it depends on luck. Not everyone is friendly, but I don't expect anything more, they are themselves, which is the best. Depending on the receptionist, some are happy, some are busy, it's hard to be happy — but both let me leave my stuff and I didn't lose anything, so that's it. Breakfast is okay, eat to fill you up and give you strength for the new day, deliciousness depends on each person's taste. However, you shouldn't expect too much. This area is originally a military area, so security is also good. There are no exhaust sounds, no loud car horns at night. Walking around to Trung Nu Vuong, there are all kinds of shops, no need to worry about anything. You should rent a motorbike outside, renting through the hotel will cost you an extra fee, mine was 50k. Remember to check the motorbike carefully before receiving it (tires, brakes, throttle, etc.) In short, I'm satisfied, I got exactly what I paid for. That's very good. Thank you Eden.

The room was damp and looked very old. For this price I expected it to be cleaner. But when I walked in the room smelled damp and looked quite old.
