Muy cómodo, excelente fue mi estadia

no me gusto que para planchar es necesario hacerlo en el lobby, en un cuarto muy pequeño y que no tienen las condiciones necesaias para hacerlo correctamente

The room is clean but no very big have a big window, small tv, bed is comfortable nice sheets, , breakfast is good plenty of many choices! Good value

Really close to shopping, restaurants, bars and very safe at night to walk around

The hotel is a very lovely place to stay. They addressed my concerns when I had some issues with the room. Staff was very helpful and the facility is very clean. Good value for your money.

Good location. Basic room need refurbishing

The hotel was avarage, the room was poorly equipped, no coffee maker/tea/water, cups/drinking glasses, etc. Things commonly available in most hotels.

Our room was great. Safe 15 minute walk to the coastal area of Miramar. Staff was very accomodating. Lovely stay.

All was good in general. But that night there was a private event and it was very loud until 11pm

A great place to take some days of vacation or Business trip. The room are small but clean. Have a Italian restaurant and near have shopping center and restaurants. I recommend and good price by nigth.

Staff is great

The evening staff were less than courteous at my arrival . The lady took forever to check me in and didn’t seem to be concerned about my time constraints. When my mother helped me bring my suitcases to the elevator she ran towards us to get her checked in. Never asked if she was a guest, she just assumed we were doing something sketchy. The next day was even worse at it was raining and my truck had to be parked at a different location. I waited 25 minutes under the rain for a security guard that never showed up. I called the hotel only to be left on hold for another 10. I finally went back to the hotel, soaked, to remind them that i needed my vehicle. After walking 2 blocks back and forth, I was finally able to leave the premises. Terrible service!

Staff is Ok. Would be good at least a couple of water bottles in the room.
