The hotel is close to the centre of town and just a few minutes walk from the market. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room has little natural light. Shower was excellent but I missed a reading light for the bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful and responded rapidly when something wasn't right.

This property was excellent! Very clean, very attentive staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, good location. I will stay there again.

The hotel is about as good good as it gets in Campo Grande. Not too expensive, good location, clean, breakfast buffet is very well served and has everything one needs. The staff is exceptional and will do whatever it takes to make their guests stay as memorable as possible. Maintainance needs updating and they only provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom. I do recommend this hotel and will be back.

We booked the hotel based on reviews, hoping it would be everything we've read. It was just for 1 night on a layover flight. I think the hotel had its prime about 15 years ago - but hasn't been renovated since. Our room, on the 4th floor, looked nothing like the picture and the bathroom needed some serious work. The staff downstairs were nice, but there's a limit on what they could do with these types of resources. Must say - we were disappointed.

Overall it was a good stay, hotel is in a good location close access to everything, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean but the bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

Stayed overnight before a flight to Rio, didn't leave hotel at all, just needed a bed but the pool area was nice though the food was overpriced. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.

Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Executive suite is room with 3 beds. Portuguese only. On a busy road, no soundproofing whatsoever. Area does not invite for a stroll. Only 1 single budget restaurant close by.

Gostei bastante da estadia ... o quarto é amplo, cama super confortável, roupas de cama cheirosas, chuveiro ótimo e café variado e muito gostoso! O único problema é que desde as 6:45 começam a arrumação dos quartos arrastando as camas ... e infelizmente o barulho perdurou pela manhã toda impossibilitando um sono tranquilo.

Já havia ficado neste hotel o ano passado. Continua com o ótimo serviço e um excelente café da manhã. Um dos melhores café da manhã da cidade. Gosto dele por ser de fácil acesso ao centro de Campo Grande, bem como adjacências da Rua Marechal Cândido Rondon e Avenida Júlio de Castilho.

Es un hotel que parece muy viejo por el descuido. Las camas no son cómodas y la regadera no tiene presión de agua. El personal de recepción es grosero

Razoável. Quanto à localização, deixa a desejar , pois não tem nada por perto, ou voce anda muito ou pega taxi.
