Really liked the location and parking ease.

Stay was nice. Service was good. Room had a bit of an odd odor when we arrived, was not present when we returned in the evening. Assuming it was the cleaning products. Breakfast was unsurprisingly disappointing.

Very large room. Better than expected.

Could use furniture updating. Bed was very comfy

Decent choice

I was in town on business for a few days; my stay was great, breakfast was good, check in was smooth, staff was friendly. When ever im back in town i will most definitely stay here.

The pool and hot tub were dirty. There were several gross floating objects in the pool and both the pool and hot tub had dirt over the bottom of the pool that you could feel with your feet. Front desk was not friendly at all. They gave no instructions upon arrival- just handed me the room key and went about their business. Didn't even mention checkout time, that the card was putting a hold on my account for potential damages, etc. He mostly looked like he dreaded I was there. Also, the shampoo was out in our shower, so I had to get out of the shower and go down to the desk to get more, and they told me they could only give me one...like I was trying to rip off shampoo. I don't normally leave reviews, and I'm trying to be fair, but this was an odd experience.

Perfect location

Noisy. Uncomfortable bed. Needed handicapped room but didn't have one. They upgraded us to a first floor room at no extra charge, that was so nice of them.

We just needed a place to stay near the MSU Campus to pick up my daughter after the semester ended. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was lovely! Breakfast was delicious… I would recommend this property for visiting Lansing!

Close to family

This is a very nice hotel, our second time staying there! Only issue was 1 elevator wasn't working when we stayed so it took a little bit to get anywhere as the hotel was full! Otherwise it was great!

Enjoyed our stay it was my second time staying there actually and most likely will be staying there again in the future
