Personnel was excellent!

What a great time my wife and I had at the Ambassador. It was a quick weekend get-away and the hotel was perfect, clean, quiet and the staff were super helpful! Highly recommend!

Parking is a problem when we returned after our event there were no spaces left other than valet spots which we understood to cost $25. we parked across the st to the south in a large almost empty lot

Entirely too noisy, from the AC in the room, to the elevator, to guests, to hearing the streetcar at all hours. The espresso in the room is not good.

We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience! From arrival to departure, from bellman, valet, front desk, room service, maid service, to the O Bar experience, all top notch. They even gave us a ride to and from a concert we attended. The Ambassador delivered!

The property was excellent. Anitra was perfect. She exhibited the most excellent customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. The Chalkboard restaurant was awesome. The manager Brittany was amazing and our server Ericka was such a sweetheart. Even Jason who brought our car around from valet was such a gentleman. This was a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday.

Lovely accommodations - comfort with style. The rooftop bar is the bomb! Loved it.

The service in the hotel bar was below standard. The food was cold. The hotel didn’t have a manager on duty to talk to. Treated with complete disrespect.

Great stay-cation place

The entire staff, whether at the hotel or at The Chalkboard, on the 7th floor, all the way to the Valet Service was amazing. I would even go so far to say that everybody involved was just looking out for and caring for one another. We had a great experience, and will definitely be back.

The Ambassador is a great place to stay. Rooms and atmosphere are warm and welcoming and the restaurant and bar have good food and great drinks.

Stayed here for three nights while my son was touring the OKCU school of dance and entertainment. The hotel far exceeded our expectations, location is great and surrounding neighborhood was so quaint and a pleasure to explore with several nice shops and restaurants very close.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel this month. The service is always so good and the hotel is always clean. I love the location in the super cute midtown area.
