Great location and great property for where I needed to be today.

This was a nice 1 night stay. Felt safe and clean.

Spacious room. Friendly staff / check in. Good fitness room. Nice breakfast area, breakfast options basic. Noisy from I-25 but did not keep us awake.

The hotel is around a nice area with a lot of choices for dining. The hotel was recently renovated and very nice. Our room was a very nice size and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in awhile. Definitely will stay again

The staff was wonderful. This property is in remodel, which we didn’t know. Couldn’t use the pool or jacuzzi, which was the most disappointing, as it was something we were looking forward to using.

Everything was in excellent standing. However, 2nd elevator wasn’t working.

we booked a king suite with sofa bed to sleep 4 people - instead, we got handicapped room with no sofa bed. no roll away beds, no pool lounge chairs available - nothing!! we suggested getting a sofa bed from storage - they don't have extra furniture - it was the last room in the hotel and only option was to get bedspreads and sleep on the floor!!! this is unacceptable -- maybe they should have booked us at another hotel -- we paid $374 for this -- are you kidding me - Hilton should refund the money and give a free night for compensation - we will see what they do.

When we 1st checked in the TV did not work. The front desk person came up and fixed that. Then the microwave didn't work maintenance came and fixed that. Rooms only get cleaned every other day. Pool and hot tub did not work. They only had 1 elevator working for a 5 story hotel. I would say that is a safety violation. Needlees to say pretty disappointed in the whole place.

Understand renovations were being done, not an issue with me, but would've liked to be informed prior to booking that the pool was not available for use. After a long day it is nice just to relax in a pool and let tensions out.
