This hotel is in a beautiful area along a river outside of Malung, but the rooms are small and not particularly comfortable. It is a rustic property rather than a comfortable hotel. On the other hand, if one is looking for an adequate place to stay for a couple days at a very reasonable price, then this could be the right place. We hosted a dinner for 9 relatives in the dining room while staying here, and we were very happy with the food. Service is slow because there is limited staff, but we just wanted to spend time together so that was not a problem. For the quality of the food, the price was very reasonable. Breakfast is served in the same dining area, which includes a choice of indoor and outdoor seating, and it was fine. We asked about doing laundry while we were there, and one of the staff members did laundry for us for a reasonable charge.

Ni charging possibility for the car

Lovely location by the river, Sunday and the restaurant was closed due to day off. The Dutch couple operating the place said no problem, we’ll do our best. And they sure did, great dinner, variety of dishes and NICE. Further guests arrived after us and I’m not surprised if we were up to 20 from various couples visiting that had a great dinner. Kudos!!!! Superb stay and for sure on our map for the future

Nice (short) stay. I emailed the staff that I would arrive late and depart early. They had prepared breakfast for me and left for me in the refrigerator so I could have breakfast upon my departure. I found that to be a nice gesture.

Trevliga personal och fint utsikt

trevlig personal, fantastiskt läge, nedgångna rum, kallt fick ett extra element, dusch var det så lågt tryck att jag fick knappt bort duschtvålen, för över 1600 kr tycker jag verkligen man kan förvänta sig mer......

Charmigt boende med många härliga ytor där man kan sitta och umgås eller spela spel i större sällskap. Mars månad och snö, kan tänka mig att det är väldigt härligt där på våren/sommaren i restaurangen. Kanske ta en kall eller två =p Lägligt pitstops boende inför fjällresa.

Rent, fint och bra frukost

Allt var bra förutom att det var smutsigt under sängen och det verkade läcka vatten från något rör i badrummet. Personalen var trevlig och hotellet mysigt!

Værelset var rent og pænt med en god udsigt til et snedækket landskab. Personen der klarede alt service var flink og høflig.

Flot beliggenhed ved älven, kan tænkte mig det er endnu finere om sommeren. Stort værelse, grundet skråvæg virkede badeværelset en smule lille, men alt vi behøvede var der. Gode senge. Varieret god morgenmad.

Fint stort rum, väldigt fina hus och frukosten med två eldar igång i kaminerna var toppen, super mysigt!

Suveränt för en övernattning i en fantastisk miljö.

Varmvatten saknades nästan och mycket kallt vid frukosten. Annars toppen.
