This is a great hotel in a good location. The only problem I encountered was the WiFi - dismal speeds. Everything else was great.

Nice hotel, well connected to the Sheraton and the convention center.

We stayed here for a week and it was filled with happy staff who were very courteous ! They made sure we were taken care of at all times and I will stay here again when we return.

Overall, a good hotel. Very spacious rooms loved the brewery in the lobby. Great craft beer. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I heard it was good. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Only 20 minutes from the airport. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at Aloft before and its generally pleasant. In this case it was terrible. Here's a short list of why: 1. The lobby staff was very unfriendly. They had bad attitudes and acted bothered just to have to do their job and check us in. 2. The room we were given had a broken air conditioner. We had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. 3. The room also had an automatic light switch with a sensor in the bathroom that turned on and off every 5-10 seconds making it impossible to use the restroom or shower. Whose idea was that? 4. We were moved to another room with a normal switch, which also had a broken thermostat. It was either on permanently (which made the room extremely cold) or off permanently (which made it extremely hot). 5. Both rooms smelled like mold and mildew. 6. There are no drawers in the room and likewise no stand to put my luggage on (which is standard in pretty much every hotel room in the world). 7. The internet was so painfully slow that at times it didn't even work at all. Our experience was overall terrible.

Arrived at 3:50pm and room was not ready. Asked for a bottle of water while waiting was ignored. Did not get room until 4:15pm after demanding it .
