Overall it was a good experience. Clean room, good service.

A waste paper basket in the living area would have been convenient. Card access to facility would be an improvement over multiple keys.

Clean, spacious rooms with kitchenette. Close to subway.

I would expect kettle for making tea The staff are rude, they didn’t even bother to say sorry when they repeatedly booked the wrong taxis! There should be a taxi card and a tube map etc...given to clients etc... I was repeatedly late for my work because of this The hotel is far from the Center And staff are unhelpful so is the manager to whine I raised my complaint

Good location, lovely looking rooms. Although I slept on a fold out bed. I would go back again.

Everything was fine but if you have a sofa-bed your comfort is limited. I would suggest to add a layer of memory foam on the mattress of sofa bed.

Hotel was brilliant, staff very kind. Location great. Had a confusion over the bill that was totally my fault and they were helpful, generous and kind. Wonderful place. Charming and clean!

Excellent stay at a great, safe neighbourhood close to many nice restaurants. Great accessibility to centre with a metro station only 10 mins away. Clean, comfortable and stylish! Will def stay again.

Four of us travelled to Milan for a trade show. Stayed 3 nights. The apartments are reasonably close to the Metro 1 line, which will take you to Rho, or to the city centre. The apartments are similar in standard to a 4* hotel, without the benefits of breakfast or bar. Nearest bars and restaurants are a pleasant 10 minute walk away. Best local bar - Akkademia at Wagner. The price was about half that of an equivalent hotel. Nice place. No complaints. Recommended.

The residence was in very good spot of the city. Close to a metro station one could go in the city centre, but also walking was pleasant in the area toward the centre. I choose this accommodation because it fit my life style: a self-catering residence with a 4 star hotel standard. I enjoyed very much the Espresso coffee machine, even if I did not use, the fact that there was a safe for your belonging was a good service.

Nice and helpful staff mostly if you do not speak much italian. Kitchenette very practical when you have enough of pasta and pizza. Room was clean. Hotel close to amenities such as bank, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

The room was excellent size and the service we received was brilliant. they even did the washing up for us! The hotel is in a brilliant location near to both the metro and bus/tram stops which offer direct lines into central Milan. we would definitely be staying there again.

Great location. Extremely clean! Friendly staff. Loved having a kitchen, fridge, and cutlery. Recommend if you're in Milan!

The studio was very clean and modern. The AC worked extremely well and the water in the shower was hot. The wifi access codes had to be reentered everytime before use. I suggest getting multiple if you have more than one device.

Brand new apartment feel. Location a little out of the centre of Milan, however nice area with good restaurants and metro links.
