I checked into the VIP room but the air conditioner made a noise like a tractor. The air conditioner heater was placed right at the bedside window. It made a noise and shook the head of the bed. I couldn't sleep. 😡 told the receptionist to change it but the receptionist didn't change it, but called the whole hotel. Only that room is VIP 😡old sheets and pillows, unwatchable TV, no hot water for showering in the morning. I arrived around 1pm and asked to check in because the receptionist told me it would take 2 hours for them to check out. About 5-10 minutes later, the receptionist probably felt sorry for me and asked me to take my things to the room, but never came back.

Lễ tân không chào khách và chửi bậy trước mặt khách 3. Khi nhận phòng vẫn nguyên mùi thuốc lá 4. Toilet ố vàng khá cũ kỹ 5. Đang tắm thì hết nước. Nước nhỏ theo giọt

Phòng rất nhỏ , đèn không đủ sáng , bathroom quá dơ , lại còn bị nứt sàn gây lo lắng , nước chảy ít . Nói chung rất tệ .

old tke hotel, broken furniture in the room, dirty, noisy room, window curtains can't block the sun because the fabric is thin, the room is not luxurious, next time never stay at this hotel.

Medical room, a bit small but satisfied with the price and expensive place like District 1. The receptionist is pretty, soft-spoken, cute and advises customers to make a reservation.
