Dirty Noisy,

Little flies all over the room and bathroom! They came in and sprayed for me but these little flies came back within the hour. Very unpleasant. Rooms on the first floor don't have air conditioning.

This is our second time at Perez Montilla.

Our room had a bad smell our whole stay couldn’t breathe properly

I stayed in the apartment. It is closer to the cathedral than the hotel and is really in the centre of where tourists want to be. Behind a beautiful wooden door is a beautiful marble hallway that leads to the apartments. Therefore it is off of the pedestrian street and is very quiet. The place was very clean and tidy with good amenities - full kitchen, internet, tv and small patio. The heating worked well. I found the lack of natural daylight rather odd (light is from internal light wells) but i suspect its exactly what you need to stay cool in summer! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and walked me to the place from hotel check in. Initially I was a bit put out that it hadnt been made obvious that the apartment was in a different location but it turned out to be in a great place. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Very clean. Jorge was excellent at the front desk. I'd stay there again.

Stayed for 3 nights. The walls were as thin as a dormitory's, so you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. On the 3rd day, I asked for fresh towels (didn't even ask for the room to be cleaned) and was told they only change towels or sheets after 3 nights, meaning on the 4th day. They gave us new towels, but only if we returned the old ones, which made it feel like they were doing us a favor. Would not stay again

I would say this is just is a place to sleep, but not much else to write home about. Our toilet really didn’t flush, we had one pillow and couldn’t get two (there were 2 of us). We had to turn our bed in order to walk into the bathroom easily. So yeah, it did the job but wouldn’t be returning. On a good note, the staff was very friendly and the location was pretty convenient for walking around the city.

La ubicación fue excelente, el personal de la recepción fue buena , los cuartos no tienen suficiente insulacion, se escucha todo , además de que el aire no funciona, o no enfría , fuera de eso todo lo de más bien !

Really enjoyed staying…mostly cause Jordi, the reception man was very welcoming, accommodating & helpful. Very good location, in the heart of Old Town, nice area! Thank you!!!

This hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness, staff, and overall service. The rooms were as advertised, air conditioned, clean, and the space was quiet. Certainly no frills, and the mattress in the bunk bed was firm but that's what was advertised. I would stay here again, excellent service for the price.

Friendly staff and clean place. Shared restroom was OK. I went with low expectations for one night but the experience was pretty good overall.

The air conditioning is more like an air filter. It was hot each night and the alley noise prevented peaceful sleep. The shower rose was not fixed to the wall so we had to use the community shower although we had paid for a private bathroom. Thanks

Friendly staff and good location. Room was a bit small, but i didn't mind. Only problem was that is was too hot weather and there wasn't a fan. Otherwise, all good

The hotel is centrally located and in easy reach of the old city. The room was very basic, but clean and staff were friendly and happy to help. The bed was very uncomfortable and small. A basic room in good location.

Shower and air conditioning were inadequate. Hand held shower rose and the air conditioning was only minimal so the rooms at night were very hot. Due to external noise opening the windows was not feasible.

Not possible to have coffee or heated water in the morning.

Perfect convenient location and the view/relaxation from the terrazzo. Small rooms, but centrally located in a small square with a Spanish bar.
