Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The wifi is good. The staff was friendly but they are strict about the check in time. Well located hotel, close to plaza d'armas.

The service at Casona Plaza Hotel AQP was excellent; particularly of the front desk working early hours of the morning. Our tour company for Colca Canyon was late to pick us up. The front desk attendant contacted the company for us which was a huge help. The hotel is located close to the main square in Arequipa. Our room had a great view looking out at the volcanoes. Very happy with our stay; thanks!

Staff members were supportive. They were able to keep my luggage until check in time (we arrived 8 hours earlier). Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Very nice location & staffs are helpful. The room near stairwell was very noisy & glass bathroom door ( Yes, you can see through bathroom from you bed.) They changed my room with my request. The room they changed was very comfortable & quiet.

The hotel was close the Plaza de Armas and a few good restaurants. Had a decent buffet breakfast and the staff was very helpful during our stay.

The hotel is about four blocks from the central plaza. It is very clean. The staff is accomodating. The breakfast was standard for a hotel of this type. Room was clean with heavy blankets if needed. Hot water in shower. There are two casona plazas in arequipa. We stayed in the one on alvarez thomas. Be careful when making reservation. Because we booked two rooms and didn't realize tgat the second room had been booked at the other hotel. However, the staff made the change with no inconvenience to us. Also i needed to call a hotel in Cusco and front desk made it for me on their phone. Internet coukd be faster.

Enjoyed being close to everything. Hotel gave us a map and pointed out how to get to the tourist areas.

great location. shower experience not the best. Don't understand why I'm being asked to add more. very irritating...

For an overnight stay and the rate I received the hotel was fine for a short visit. The hotel facilitates were fine and the location was close to the main attractions and restuarants.
