1st class customer service for lodging and restaurant! A huge thanks to Antonio, Alij, and Desiree!

Owner was extremely rude during email correspondence, bathroom smelled of urine upon arrival, apartment had little supplies in kitchen making it hard to eat there. Trains to Venice were unpredictable and not on schedule, very expensive to take water taxi from parking garage on the island! Would be better to stay on Venice if you plan to visit the island!!!

This is a friendly/family runned Residential Apartment with 4 units to rent. We had the top floor 1-Bdrm that has everything you would need without paying crazy hotel prices. You are within minutes from the nearest train station that would take you into Venice. A shopping mall adjacent to the train station that has everything from clothing to a grocery store. I would highly recommend the stay at this location!

Di quella struttura non mi è piaciuto il proprietario comunicazione Zero non ho avuto la stanza che volevo è che ho pagato e per entrare nella stanza devo rifare una scala ripida ripida ripida e poi dicono che adatto ai disabili e che se devi prendere un disabile cosa lo devi mettere a spalle orribili ssimo

オーナーの方が明るいかたで楽しく快適に過ごせました。近くにスーパーもあり、食材も安いので、助かります。ヴェネツィアまでは電車で三駅20分、€1.35で行けます。日曜日は電車の本数が少ないのでTrenitaliaのホームページで時刻表を確認してからでかけた方がいいです。レストランはハウスワインが安くて美味しかったです。パスタも€10で味も価格もリーズナブルでした。 気になった点は、辺りが静かなので、電車が動いている時間帯は、電車の音が聞こえてくること。ただし、それほど大きな音ではありません。また、シャワー室が狭いこと。包丁の切れ味が悪いのことくらいですかね。
