Regarding the room card, when you check in, we have sent it to you and confirmed that there is absolutely no sign of bending, in addition, during the use of the service, your room has dropped the curtains. The room was in the window due to the children staying with the hotel curtains. The hotel has kindly shared that it does not compensate for the cost of repairing the curtain, but only compensates for the key from being bent. Hope you understand!
