Si, muy bonito hotel.

Beside the strong smell of the area one of the days we stayed, there were workers in the parking area right outside our room and I cached one of them looking through my window during day time when I was inside, even tho i was scare i opened the door and he immediately apologized telling me that “he though that the room was empty because the ac was on" , so I felt kind of unsafe.

The window didn’t have a lock and there wasn’t anyone to repair it until it until next day. I requested more towels, but they never came so I had to walk to the office to get them.

Everything was great except for some other guests that were outside and being very loud and upto about 4am. We have stayed here a few times, and this is the first time that we had anything to complain about. Other than that this is a great place to stay.

Hotel is in the middle of an industrial area. Safe enough but hard to get there out of business times. No public transportation available

Our stay was great, breakfast service was the best and our waiter “Emiliano Garcia” very attentive to our needs thank you will consider staying again .

Everything was good with one exception and that was that one window wouldn't lock. We didn't discover until leaving that we were only ½ mile from Walmart, whichbeould have been handy to know. There didn't seem to be any food service within close walking distance but, fortunately, they have a restaurant and the food was decent. The surrounding area is industrial.

THEY ONLY GIVE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND THEY DO NOT SPECIFY and there is a charge of $85.00 per person for any eggs.

Not sure why this hotel has high ratings, it’s severely outdated, rooms are old, dirty, doors do not have weatherstripping at the bottom which allows bugs to walk right in. Washrooms have toilets from the 80’s and showers from the 90’s. Lamps are old and dark. Spend the extra $10 and go to La Fe area instead

La estadia en el hotel fue muy placentera, buenos empleqdos de limpieza, guardias de entradas muy amigables y me hicieron sentir segura y recepcion perfecto. Tuve un solo problema y no quise afectar el review de estrellas y es que deje mis tennis negros reebok en el armario y llame alrededor de 3 horas despues y me atendio una senorita muy amable y me dijo que me llamaria en unos 15 minutos para verificar que estaban ahi y puediera regresar a buscarlos y desde diciembre 24 estoy esperando la llamada. Aunque su respuesta hubiera sido “no” me, quede esperando como me dijo. Se me hizo un poco falta de respeto. Aparte de eso, todo fue muy excelente y el servicio muy bueno.
