Not a central location which we had wanted. Somewhat walkable

Quiet, great location, clean and spacious bedrooms. Strange tv set up facing entrance door and uncomfortable sofa. Washer but no dryer. Parking narrow, suggest prune back bushes at both ends so as not to scratch vehicle.

The hotel had cockroach in the kitchen

Property was comfortable, located reasonable walking distance from the main town of Tauranga. However, internet was very patchy during our stay, and beach wise not much access to speak about.

Truly lovely spot to stay, the hosts were wonderful and the accommodations exceeded every expectation.

Generally good. Room was clean, good view of the water nearby and walking to distance to numerous restaurants

Lovely upstairs room. Really lovely staff. The room was beautifully appointed with a nice view and comfortable amount of space. Everything I needed was there and easy walk to Cameron and the nearby reserve. Only gripe is the thin walls/floor allowed a lot of noise from the Neighbour's through.

!) The reception staff were helpful in guiding us to some places of interests, and attend to our request pertaining to the shower. 2) Clean apartment which is well-equipped, ventilated and warmed by 2 heaters. 3) Located close to the town centre.

Convenient and easy stay with nice room.

We had a lovely stay, sadly only one night but it was very comfortable and everything we were after. We were in Tauranga for a BMX competition and the location was very handy.
