Hotel right in the center, convenient for traveling, enthusiastic staff, a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage when staying on high floors

This hotel is maybe 2stars , how possible it’s 4 stars . Do not believe photos , it was not true . Room is small , old … , Not worth the money

The female and male receptionists are not accommodating and the way they responded to us didn’t sound nice. We are you sure if they understood us or not but I travelled with a Vietnamese companion. Also, there were no mineral water served and for 3.000.000 VND for 3 nights of stay, we thought it was very expensive especially when we saw the room. It was overpriced for the service that we received. Only the fireworks show was the main event. Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 at 95 Hang Bong Street is not good to be recommended. I will not check in at this hotel again. It must not be rated 4-stars. Traveloka, please update the info about this hotel. It’s misleading.

Large, clean, convenient center

The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem lake, however, the breakfast is poor and the room smells bad, the air is not fresh

4 star hotel but like a motel. It looks horrible

The walls are thin and you can hear clear voices from the other rooms. The place is not well kept and dark.

1. Khách sạn không đúng với chất lượng với 4 sao 2. Trong giá phòng có bao gồm ăn sáng. Khi chúng tôi đến, khách sạn bảo không có. Không biết lỗi là do app và bên khách sạn không phối hợp update thông tin hay sao, tôi đã bỏ tiền mua giá phòng cao hơn chút để có ăn sáng mà rốt cuộc là không có, nên cảm giác rất thất vọng 3. Phòng máy nước nóng không nóng.

Enthusiastic staff, large clean rooms.

booking with balcony but not available, 2 rooms as shown at the time of booking only get 1 room exactly the same, room 4 people set up 2 people, dirty mattress, smell of cat manure, hotel rated 4 * should be reconsidered, however plus point in the hotel is the receptionist is very enthusiastic, when I was not happy about the room and then changed to another room but the cleaning staff was not satisfied and extremely dissatisfied

We arrived at Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel to check in at 2AM however without a word from we were transferred on foot to another hotel named MF Louis. We felt very upset! We do not recommend Hanoi Royal Palae Hotel to anyone!

I had a pleasant stay with this hotel. Nice clean hotel. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. Surprising cheap price
