Very good value considering it includes basic but reasonable continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Let down by a lack of maintenance which gives the hotel a rather shabby appearance - but at the price it's hard to complain

Ideal location. Good parking. Free Wi-Fi. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a problem with a missing tv remote but soon rectified. Catered for me being gluten free for the continental breakfast. Pity next door restaurant is still shut. Price for our dog was £15, which I think is high. Stayed here a few times and will again.

Beds not very comfortable and internet TV (could find general TV stations/guide, so had to watch iPlayer).

It is what is. OK for a quick stop. Had everything you needed. Room seemed clean. Beds a little soft but you get what you pay for. Breakfast is a help yourself arrangement to eat and drink in your room or on the go.

The best thing about it was that it was cheap - £50 per night for a double room with breakfast. The downsides were that it was tired and grubby, the room was very cold with insufficient heating and the bedding was thin with no extra blankets provided.

It was just an overnight stay, but never again! The beds were awful, springs had gone in the mattress on all 4 beds, every time you moved another spring snapped, constantly waking up everyone in the room

Check in was good. Advised that I was leaving just after 3 so was promised some breakfast before I left. On entering room it smelled of stale smoke. The kettle had rust in it so changed it at reception. The bed was comfy. The room was noisy from traffic outside. On leaving no breakfast available as promised

Reasonable value for money. On arrival the desk was not attended and staff member was on what sounded like a private call we tried to attract attention she moved furtger awsy do ee couldnt hear and when my husband raised his voice we were attended. Main bed not comfortable can feel every lump. Duvets feel old and lumpy though bedding and towels were clean. Breakfast was adequate lovely yogurts and plenty of tea facilities. The whole place looks tired and need of revamp . Ok for a stop off..

Nice and clean. Pleasant stay. Only issue was road noise as I’m a light sleeper and cold breakfast only.

Cant fault the receptionist and the room is cery clean and a good size. Only problem is the window frame is bent so the windows dont seal and the traffic on the main road is constant which means its very difficult to sleep

Although we didn’t have much interaction with the, staff when we did they were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit disappointing as ithad no electrical sockets near the bed so it was just luck that I could get the supply for my sleep apnea device to reach the bed.
