The hotel is located close to Old Quarter and many popular places around, including food. The room actually needs some building maintenance, especially the wall bubbling and painting, but the good thing is housekeeping did their job very well, and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and provides us with some recommendations for popular places to visit, restaurants, coffee, etc. We are enjoying our stay in May Charming Hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location is great too—it’s close to many popular attractions, restaurants, and cafes, which made exploring the city super easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the old quarter!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is also perfect—close to many famous attractions and easy to get around. Highly recommended!

the surrounding area is surrounded by restaurants..it's not hard to find food..not even 100m away there is a halal michelin pho 10..there are also those who sell fresh bread from the oven..authentic vietnamese restaurant MET..my pho is on the left

The location is the best thing of this hotel. They provide laundry at 40K/kg. The lady staff is not very informative, but the gentleman staff is. We booked 2 days with different bookings. The lady staff told us to change rooms from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor because we used different bookings. We asked to stay in the same room, but she refused. When we talked with other staff (it was a man), he made sure we stayed at the same room.
