I booked 2 days 24/08 and August 26, 2018 Junior suite with city view at Hanoi Glance hotel. On August 24, I got a nice, clean room. The next morning I checked out to visit Ha Long. On the afternoon of August 26, I returned to the hotel to check in but waited for about 20 minutes and the receptionist room was repairing and there was no room available so my booking was transferred to another hotel about 200m away. The receptionist at the hotel said that he moved himself to a better room hotel than Glance hotel. But when I checked in to the new party, I was completely unhappy with the hotel: The room was very small, old, old blanket. Because I just traveled the distance of 170km from Ha Long so I was very tired and just wanted to rest so I didn't want to complain about Glance hotel arranging my room like that. I'm sure Glance's side found me checking in late, so I left room for another booking. Hopefully this situation will not continue to happen.
