The room needs are limited

Soundproofing is needed for the rooms. We were next door to a large family with crying children and on both nights were woken many times. We had a bad experience with a receptionist. I needed to return to a place in the countryside to pick up a forgotten item, about 25km away. He told us he could arrange private transport. We asked how much. He asked if we wanted a price in euros. We said no, a price in dinars. He told us 60 dinars. We agreed. We waited 30 minutes for the driver. When he arrived the receptionist told us we must pay him up front and asked for 60 euros! Then he made it seem like it was a misunderstanding and pressed us for 60 euros. My husband was very upset. The receptionist said to me “Voyons, Madame, 60 euros ce n’est pas beaucoup d’argent.” We left and found a taxi. It cost us 50 dinar for the ride.

I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free. I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel.

Amazing stay and staff excellent

This hotel is amazing I have now stayed several times and each time the staf have been amazing hands off to the entertainment are brilliant great with children and adults work so hard not single fault it’s amazing hotel

A very boring stay , we reserved for 4 nights but we decided to break the reservation at the third day and leave the hotel bc of the disappointment we had from their breakfast and dinner buffet , was really awful ,everyday the same food , no variety at all , tasteless and some food are not well cooked .. there is no kids food except hard chicken nuggets not suitable for kids , also the beach is completely rocky , there is no where to swim , if you are looking for sandy beach this is not the right place .also the location of the hotel doesn’t sound to be around a touristic strip , so there were no big plans that we could do outside the hotel.

This hotel does not even deserve 3 stars. The beach in front of it is rocky and not for swimming. The pools are not that big. The food is very average and always the meat cooked on the spot is half cooked. The waiters there are very annoying, when you ask them for something they make you feel embarrassed, and the funny thing they are dividing the restaurant into territories and they only serve their territory and if you ask a waiter he will say I don't serve that area ask another waiter. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel and I don't recommend it.

Two rooms in one for family is fantastic. Lovely staff, good entertainment and hospitality. Food's fine but does get repetitive on a long stay. Rooms can do with a refresh.

Front desk staff were rude, dishonest and unprofessional. I was refused a refund for my last night of stay after I was told by the front desk manager that I would receive a refund for the last night when I checked out, as long as I left when I expected, which I did. My flight was reschedule to leave a day earlier and I had no choice in the matter and there was no professional courtesy given by any party involved. Terrible way of doing business! Hospitality staff were wonderful and unforgettable! I tipped everyone very well before leaving. The heated indoor pool was great! The beach is not swim-worthy despite the images see. You would need to travel down the beach to an off property location for a safe swimming area. I have found this to be the case as well with another hotel in Hammamet. Rooms are misleading! Don't expect to see what you see here in these images. Food was amazing! With all of these great aspects, I still would not recommend this hotel to anyone base on how apathetic, unprofessional and disrespectful the front desk manager was and other front desk staff! My stay at the hotel in February 2020. Despite all efforts, to this day I have not been refunded!

Bed wasnt very comfortable and food wasnt the best. But staff were very nice. Wifi very good. Espresso from lobby bar very good. Fridge in room very cold (rare for Tunisia!) Not a fan of double beds that are actually two beds pushed together. Large washroom. Nice balconey and view of water. Indoor pool was the highlight as it was nice and warm for winter.
