Very dirty. We booked at Lipa Be Resort but were given Lipa Residence. Very dirty. There were lizard poop on the pillows, the blanket was full of hair, no drinking water, the bathroom was very small and dirty, there was only one bar of soap, no shampoo, the TV didn't work, the internet was very slow. They charged us the same price as the first place, 1600+ baht, but the room was probably 600 per night. There was no lock on the door, only a doorknob. There was no security at all.

Suitable for people who like peace, not a busy person. The staff is very good.

The accommodation is very quiet. Good sleep. The beach is very calm but secretly far from the tourist spots. If you want to go to many places Stay here. Must have a car. Really. Not difficult.
