Staff were ok some rude but man manager was excellent. Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate.

Food quality of all-inclusive was very good. Service was great. The only drawbacks were insufficient parking and slow internet service. Great location.

Great location. Across the street from the beach, restaurants and shopping all walkable, short train ride to Barcelona. Hotel rooms a little dated but overall property and staff was great.

We had an amazing trip at Hotel Europa. Accommodation’s were amazing. Staff was friendly and amazing. Food was incredible. Room was clean and housekeeping was very good. Overall was an amazing trip. Highly recommend!!

Overall pleasant stay. The room was a bit sparse but otherwise okay. Staff were friendly and the food was nice.

Fabulous stay- lovely welcome from reception when we arrived with free sweets for my little girl and offer of a drink - really appreciated- set the tone for a great stay- spotlessly clean, comfortable room- delicious food. Very enjoyable free entertainment. Extremely good value for Would definitely recommend.

We would not normally book this kind of place to stay, as we have no kids, but we gatecrashed my brothers family holiday. It was sufficient. Food was eadible, mai tai cocktail was lethally alcoholic. The pools had slides and stuff for the kids. The entertainment was a bit lax, and the hotel was mainly full of brits, and majority Scottish, but for a cheap family break, and being able to use the sister hotel up the road, the Sorra, We would book again

That was our worst hotel ever! The stuff was un kind and not good at all. The all inclusive menu is very empty from everything. My advice is not to book this bed hotel!

We returned from our stay at the Europa Hotel Splash on 19th Sept 15, overall we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and bars. When we arrived at the hotel the check in process was very slow, the member of staff kept on asking for a voucher which I didn't have all we had was a confirmation email from Expedia which should have been sufficient. The rooms themselves are small but modern, clean and comfortable. The maids came into clean everyday and replaced the towels daily. We stayed on an all inclusive basis the food was nice especially the pizzas, always plenty of it with lots of variety. The all inclusive bar ends at 23:30 not 24:00 as advertised, we were quite annoyed one evening because we went to get a drink from the bar and was told that the bar was closed, as we walked away a paying customer went up to the bar and was served. We obviously looked at the member of staff who looked at us rather embarrassed. Another thing to be aware of is that they cut your wrist bands of on check out at 10am so if you have a late flight you can no longer benefit from all inclusive. This hotel could be brilliant with a bit of work.

Maten var sådär, annars helt ok poolområde. Anläggningen i stort var sliten.

Ich habe für eine 4-köpfige Familie gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr eng und es wurden zwei Betten zusammen geschoben. Es gab einen Schrank für eine Person (2 Schubläden), also mussten wir unsere Sachen im Koffer lassen. Die Auswahl beim Essen war sehr eingeschränkt. Es hat nach Nichts geschmeckt und die Qualität ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig. Auch die "Snackbar" war täglich mit Hotdog oder Hamburger das sehr fade schmeckte, also nur Brot, Fleisch und Ketchup und/oder Mayo. Der Strand ist absolut nicht für Kinder geeignet, steinig und der Abhang ist relativ steil. Was gut war, war das Abendprogramm für die Kinder. Und gleich nebenan war eine Spielanlage (mit Bezahlung) für die Kinder.

Super séjour a refaire c était très bien rien à dire

VMC sdb bruit infernal....porte SDB qui grince obligée de la laisser ouverte la nuit.....espace entre lits et bureau trop étroit....wifi coupée constamment dans cette chambre.....nourriture de qualite médiocre avec peu de choix...plutot une cantine qu'une salle de restaurant....tres deçu....nous ne reviendrons pas
