The rooms were very nice and the staff were amazing. I wanted breakfast in the morning before tours and they helped get it delivered. They need to update amenities according to what is currently available. That was the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

On the first night, we had dinner at the hotel. We ordered some dishes from the menu provided, but they had run out of a couple ingredients or did not have them and could not prepared a dish in the way described in the menu. When we took a shower in the late evening, there was no hot water, and I had to take a cold shower. My wife waited for two hours until late night, then the temperature of the hot water got somewhat higher for taking a shower, but not enough. Their have poor facilities for preparing hot water. The local people might not need hot water, because it is very warm there. All the other services were excellent, though. The hotel workers were all very friendly.

Wonderful time in Cambodia, wonderful stay at the Nita By Vo Luxury hotel. First of all love the people that works at the hotel, and its hospitality, perfect customer service, great recommendations by the staff. Love the food, the breakfast included was amazing, the room was big and comfortable with a balcony. A beautiful terrace and pool. The location is perfect because you are just in between the temples and the pub street. The SPA was amazing. I felt in love with Cambodia, thank you to all the hotel staff, were wonderful and definitely I’ll come back!!!

This is a fabulous boutique hotel, about 15 rooms. First-class chef (breakfast and dinners are gourmet). Beautiful roof-time infinity pool, good size. Incredibly attentive staff. For example, one night we asked the pool attendant if we could use pool towels for our trip to Kulen Mountain the next day, where we intended to swim at the waterfall. Then we said don't bother, we will ask tomorrow at the front desk. The next day, as we are walking out, someone from the front desk runs out with two pool towels! We had forgotten to ask about them, but they had not! All the service was like this.

My wife and I stayed at Nita by Vo while visiting Angkor Wat for our honeymoon, and I can honestly state that it was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The hotel is comfortable, relaxing, and convenient; the rooftop pool and other amenities wonderful; and the breakfast delicious. However, what truly makes Nita by Vo so special is the professionalism and hospitality of its staff. From the moment we checked in, we were treated almost like family. The staff even remembered our names and greeted us individually whenever we entered the lobby. Indeed, each staff member seemed to genuinely want our time in Cambodia to be memorable and, well, perfect. As for Angkor Wat, the hotel staff was immensely helpful in finding us a tuk tuk driver and tour guide--on fairly short notice no less--and in answering any question we had about seeing the temples. Having stayed at several very nice hotels in Thailand and Cambodia on our honeymoon, Nita by Vo stands out as the absolute best. I highly recommend it for your trip to Siem Reap. I give it five stars only because I can't give more. Thank you again to all the staff for this incredible experience!

The attention to detail at this small boutique hotel was outstanding. Everytime I turned around the staff did something that amazed me. From a welcome drink at check in, the essential oil in my room, to the housekeeping, everything was spectacular. I felt pampered and doted on at all times. The location is perfect-it's close to Angkor Wat. There are good restaurants around it. I can't recommend this place enough.

Nita by Vo is a small boutique hotel. The interior is clean and beautiful. The rooms are large and nice. But it is the care and attentiveness of the staff that make this a wonderful place to stay. Traveling can be tiring and hard. It is wonderful to have a cold drink and place to sit after having walked up and down temples all day. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect hotel for a quick visit to the temples, without needing to get into the main town. Lovely rooftop pool and spa. Service felt a little bit over-the-top at times, but that is also just the fact that in Cambodia tourism is still relatively new. Beautiful room (suite) for a couple on a romantic stay and all food in the restaurant that we tried was very good.

The staff could not be more welcoming and completely committed to ensuring every need. This is a small hotel a short distance from the main centre, so very well located. It was such a lovely experience due to the the greeting on arrival right through to the departure.

This is an amazing little boutique hotel. Near Angkor Wat? Staff is one of the best that I've during all of my traveling adventures. Recommended 100%.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff were friendly and caring and made every effort to make us feel special. It's near the main temples and not too far away from the main city. I would come back to Cambodia just to stay at this hotel!

Staff was nice and tried hard, but overall quality didn't match price. Some English spoken, but really only one or two people besides owner. Felt like they were just going through the motions/following a handbook instead of understanding what good service really is. Rooms are well designed, but still lots of kinks to work out - no hot water for several days (at this price point?!?). Major issues with drivers and tour guide selected by hotel (one of the drivers took us to a restaurant that gave us food poisoning). Rooftop pool was very nice. Really wanted to like it more than I did - Overall would not stay again and would not recommend to anyone, given the large number of other nice, tried & true hotels in the area.

The hotel profile in hotels.com is completely misleading: nice pictures of an nonexistent restaurant, no room service as detailed, ants in the room. I was the only guest at the hotel during my stay, an atmosphere of complete abandonment. Terrible is a compliment! How do Hotels.com allows the registration of a scam like this? Outrageous and extremely expensive for the service provided.
