Staff were positive and friendly however we had a burnt out lightbulb which didn’t get replaced. Lights in the lounge at night are low wattage and the lounge is poorly lit making reading difficult. Having said that - would we stay there again? Yes. Very handy to the village.

Nice quiet, secure location with parking within easy walking distance of the old town. Helpful staff. Very pleasant public areas and small swimming pool. Would certainly visit again.

Nice place over all but can use some renovations and new furniture.

This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend.

Tired hotel room. Uncomfortable bed. Would not recommend.

The hotel is quite dirty, and things were falling apart. For example our hotel room door handle fell off on both sides. The shower had black mould on the tiles, there were watermarks around the basin. The sofa was stained and generally everything was quite poor. I am just glad that we only had to stay for one night.

It’s a tired hotel with much of it requiring a refurb (room, pool area, garden area). Restaurant food was nice though.

Great location and comfortable beds but carpets and furniture need replacement throughout. Bathtub shower has no glass or curtain and water ended up everywhere. Also in the apartment, a dish towel and soap would be helpful since they ask for the dishes to be clean and put away.

Suite is large but Very basic accommodation with old furniture. No iron or board in the room. Don’t provide extra towels if you ask. Shower has no glass so water goes everywhere. Breakfast frankly a rip off for what you get.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and overall clean. The lobby area rugs and walkways are dirty. The room cleaning service was very poor. They made the bed halfway, they left dirty towels untouched, they left the tv remote within the bed sheets. One of the light bulbs in the room was burnt out. The bathroom is “italian style” (no shower curtain) and the water would flood the entire bathroom very easily.

The breakfast buffet is a scandal, the room is fine, overall not a 4 star. Lobby and restaurant dont feel properly cleaned in years.

I think a rule of check in at 3pm is very late our bus arrived at 10.30am they excepted our case but we’re quite strict at the 3pm check in that was a let down .
