About what you would expect for a budget motel

Dated but clean and spacious

It was nice place to stay. It was far enough away from the night light and it let me get a good night sleep.

Nice palce for the family has pool ...nice staff.

Quit and clean place

Family Inn was clean and fresh at scent upon arrival but the condition of our family Inn room was poor maybe compared to all other rooms there,. Bath room wasn't best at sight, but our stay was peaceful and quiet. The pool was clean and wonderful to swim in. I don't know anything about having towels given or provided by the pool, but we had our own, and used them. There was a small play ground on-site for kids as well as a small basketball 🏀 court to play at. The Inn is in a good area with restaurants and shopping stores, however; parking is free, you need to drive to the falls/Clifton Hills 👍.

Price is cheap, quiet neighborhood. This is an ok place if you are not particularly obsessed with a very spic & span environmentspic & span environment.

Place is clean, 10mn to Niagara Falls by car, free parking in front of our door, a/c, clean bathroom, a lot of restaurants near and there is a pool. Also a fridge, a microwave and a dining table with 2 chairs in the room. The price was good for a saturday night, definitly comming back. Thanks to the boss for freezing the icepack even tho there was a mini freezer in our fridge.

Overall experience was very good

Nice and clean property.

Aircon not working well enough to feel comfortable, location room really sunny , we need to sleep close to the aircon or just a fan ( instead of our head at headboard position , the other way due to really room really warm .swimming pool slide is wiggling . Maintenance, no coffee machine .

Nice place to have a family gathering. I enjoyed the stay. Front desk was fast and polite. Cleaning staff was great. I had a family gathering they were able to accommodate 5 families and use their bbq and chairs for a birthday. Thank you falcon inn from Adolfo Matus

Overall, we were satisfied with pour stay. Service was good and everyone was super friendly. The only negative points would be the lack of commodities and short supply of kitchen Ware. The bathroom coule have been cleaner and the Room showed a bit of age. The swinming pool was a nice addition. Clean and fun. The staff made it a nice stat and the beds were always done with New towels every day when we came back.
